TTTE S21E06: P.A. Problems

Now's my time to review Week 2 of Season 21 of Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends. Will this batch of episodes be better than last week's?

500. P.A. Problems.

The Fat Controller splashes out on a new public address system, but the engines and passengers are struggling to hear the announcements. Holidaymakers end up at the quarry, quarry workers end up at the beach and Lord Callan ends up with an unexpected delivery of pigs!

What's this? A Season 21 episode focused mostly on Edward?! Tell me this is a joke! Nope! It's no joke! And we finally hear Reg speaking again! And boy is he bouncy and active here! And he sure gets distracted by his love of music, kind of like Elvis from Fireman Sam. 

And this episode delivers an interesting moral, that just because it's old doesn't automatically mean it's useless. 'eck, some of the engines on Sodor are supposedly over 100 years old and are still useful. Even Thomas! And it shows with Reg listening to the Public Address speakers like someone listening to their Walkman.

And it was funny how the quarry workers were take

n to the beach, and holidaymakers were taken to the quarry! 

One last thing I can say about this episode is that it's Which Way Now? done right! 

My rating: 9.5/10.
